I loved that everything I needed was within walking distance, with the Chandler Fashion Center just a few steps away and over 50 restaurants surrounding the area, making it perfect for my city strolls during my weekend stay.

Clean room, convenient location, with the fitness center offering a great way to stay active after enjoying the free breakfast that includes a wide variety of options like waffles and fresh fruit. It’s an easy drive to the 101 freeway...  

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The queen suite offered ample space, and we enjoyed the free breakfast options. Cleanliness needs attention as some hallways had unpleasant odors. Tip, request room cleaning in advance for a better experience.

The queen suite accommodated our family perfectly with two queens and a trundle bed, ensuring everyone had a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was impressive, featuring scrambled eggs and a variety of healthy options, all replenished throughout the serving hours. Staff members greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to enhance our experience. However, the fitness center could benefit from more equipment, and parking spots were limited at peak times. Overall, an excellent hotel stay!

Great location with awesome staff, but the shower could’ve been cleaner.

I had a lovely time enjoying the comfy king suite with amazing pillows and bedding. The staff were super helpful when I needed extra towels. The outdoor pool and cozy patio area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. My only small gripe is that it doesn't have a full kitchen like some other Marriott properties nearby, but everything else was spot on! 😊

Ok, I’ve got to admit, the beds were clean and comfy. And they provided a free breakfast, I mean who doesn’t like that? But let's be real, we were still stressing.

It wasn't unreasonable, but you expect better for the price you pay.

I had a nice experience at Springhill Suites. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds felt comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchenette area was handy for preparing some light meals. Breakfast options were plentiful with options like eggs, bacon, fruits, and juices. I appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to help. However, the lighting in the bedroom was quite dim, which made it difficult to read at night. There was also a wet carpet initially, likely due to previous cleaning not drying properly, but the staff addressed this quickly. It would be nice to see some electric car charging stations available. The location worked well for us, close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but some improvements on lighting and amenities would elevate the experience.
